Sale of weapon question

I have sold a weapon and plan on sending it thru the mail to a FFL who will give the weapon to the new owner who lives in Utah. Is there anything I need to be aware of according to Arizona state law? Also, is there a bill of sale template that I need to fill out?

your good as long as its going to the FFL theres no paperwork on your end. but personally if i were to sell a gun i would at least take down their DL number
