In 2007 an online petition in Virginia against “abuser fees” on drivers gained such force that the first major act of the 2008 General Assembly was to repeal these hated “abuses fees.”

This year the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL) seeks to do the same thing with its online petition against the hated “restaurant ban” on concealed carry in restaurants.
