Thank you! Lots of reading on that forum, but very interesting. I listened to the arguments, it was a typical of most of these kinds of cases, well thought out, logical facts, vs. throwing stuff up against a wall and seeing what might stick.

It was very amusing when one of the judges questioned how one was supposed to hold a gun show with no guns present. All the Alameda County attorney could muster was a pause, followed by "Point taken..."
