There were supposed to be oral arguments in the next step of this case on January 15, 2009. Anybody have any updates?

There is all the info you need right here. It even has a link to the video of the oral arguements. Went well from what I saw. Now it is a waiting game. Could be 2 or 3 months before we get a ruling.

Thank you! Lots of reading on that forum, but very interesting. I listened to the arguments, it was a typical of most of these kinds of cases, well thought out, logical facts, vs. throwing stuff up against a wall and seeing what might stick.

It was very amusing when one of the judges questioned how one was supposed to hold a gun show with no guns present. All the Alameda County attorney could muster was a pause, followed by "Point taken..."
