No, no trial yet.

The DA's office is trying to find out if the jury instructions would allow them to get a conviction.

If the jury instructions are not favorable to the DA getting a conviction they will likely drop the case and perhaps simply appeal the instructions.

Didn't the judge create jury instructions to effectively negate the private property exemption? Isn't that what the DA is banking on to be able to prosecute and convict non-criminal gun owners?
