Hey all, this is my first post, although I've been reading extensively all over the forums in the past week. My question is, What are the more specific laws as to my getting a handgun? I know that I can't buy one from an FFL, which means if I get one, it'd have to be either a gift, or buying it from a private party. A question I have, is if I found a friend that would be willing to buy the pistol, and then turn around and sell it to me either that day, or within a couple weeks. Would that be legal? I've got my eye on a particular pistol, and I haven't found anybody that's a private party that would have one for sale here in OK. Thanks all. I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post the question in, but I hope so...
