    Well:

Due to some ideas from some, I went ahead and started this thread. What we'll do is periodically post the OC days that go un-noticed. i understand that this is a bit redundant and MAY be perceived as useless to some, seeing as how MOST of us have never been hassled at all: However, it seems that we need to show non OCers that we are not riddled with negative police encounters.

    Go!

Went to the movie today with my M16 slung on my back. We saw "Taken".

    No issues to report.

    I miss my M-16.

Couldn't OC today because I'm in Texas. No incidents.

Strapped the ole' 9mm in its Serpa to my hip and went to the Chevron to grab some dough nuts. AND just for fun i brought my double mag paddle holster too.

Just the normal, friendly smiles and customer service as always.

Open carry of long arms is not unlawful in Texas.

I'm sure that would go over well. I don't have anywhere to store one right now anyway.

Dinner at Chuck-O-Rama last night. No worries. The only thing getting eyeballed there was the carrot cake and mashed potatoes.

Clearly this cannot count. You must have a gun of some type on your person to qualify.:celebrate

You must be a cop. You had to have your badge next to your gun. You said 9mm and donuts in the same sentence.

I don't think any one who was taking about positive OC meant a daily diary of all non-events.

That is exactly what this thread is for. That, and post whoring. Hopefully this thread will allow that god damn cow thread to rot in hell peacefully!

    Sorry Jeremy!

Carried my M16 openly on the bus today, traveling down Pennsylvania Avenue, to get dinner.

Other than banging the barrel of my rifleon the door frameof the bus, no issues to report.

Just reporting the facts, comrade. Should I have left out the barrel banging incident?

Pretty much fits the forum, doesnt it?
I am unsure what protectedby9mm intent was. However those that took the postition in other threads (no one called the cops). Is that posting of non events show to every one, since it is a public forum and you do not need to be a member to read post, thatnot every one who OC's is confronted or harrassed.

I personally believe that part of theresponsiblity of OCing is education of individual rights. I cannot anticpate avery situation that I will be asked about and no two situations will be the same. But what I can learn from something I read or hear about may help when a similar situation occurs.
