When carrying concealed, is there law reguarding carrying with a round in the chamber or not? Do you all carry with a round in chamber or not?

There is no law regarding having a round in a chamber regardless of if you are carrying a pistol or revolverconcealed or openly, unless you are under the influence or your blood alcohol ratio is .10% or higher. If so you can not carry a loaded weapon which is defined as having no round or loaded magazine inserted.
