I started writing a letter to my state senator, Ms Shapiro, to support open carry, but nowhere on this website does it list what senate bill number it is that she is going to support! So, I was unable to write a letter to her.

This website lists representative Riddle as the writer of the open carry bill. Which bill is that?! It even lists the language of the bill on this website, but no bill number.

I want to help, but y'all make it very difficult for me to do so. Please answer my question. Thank you.

To my knowledge the open carry bill hasn't been introduced yet and that is probably why you can't find it as it won't have a bill number until it has been introduced.

I could be wrong but I highly doubt it.

Send the letter stating your position. Encourage your legislators to argue and ultimately votefor open carry legislation. Make reference in the letter that Rep. Riddle is currently drafting a bill. Than call, email, or write Rep. Riddle to express your support for her efforts.

You are entirely correct. There is no bill number until the bill is introduced. Currently, the open carry bill is sitting on Rep Riddle's desk. It hasn't been introduced yet.
