I've Oc'ed often here in Rayville and hadn't had a problem. I fuel and OC at the Exxon and no one ever said anything while Im in the store , then again Rayville is a small town and eveyone knows everyone. I've Oc'ed at the waffle house (also Im known well in there). I hadnt Oc'ed at the WalMart , due to it just being maybe 300 ft from the Rayville Elementary school. I just wanted to give a head up whats going on in Rayville.
