The L.O.S.T ("Law of the Sea Treaty") is going to come up for a ratification vote sooner rather than later.

Have you contacted your SENATORS (yes, both of them) to tell them that you oppose it and that you want them to oppose it, too?
You really need to take the time to do this. If you don't want to use the JBS email mechanism for contact, you can always c&p their letter into your own email (or even better, a FAX) to your Senators.
