ok, so i saw this in another posting for opencarry...

i'm slightly confused. was this only for OK or was this all out for everyone in the US? Is it a Court Ruling only or Federal Law?

I knew I had heard about something like this going on, but trying to find out more information on this before i try it out myself. lol.
