    What do you all think about using The Ol yank potion (Vaseline) on your feed ramp.

    I've never thought of that either...of course, I'm sort of new to guns, so there's probably a lot I haven't thought of.

    Seems like it would work fine.

    I'm thinking some vaseline would travel with the cartridge (as it goes up the ramp) and would then "contaminate" the chamber. I don't think that would be good.

    I'm not sure what one would be trying to accomplish by putting vaseline on the feed ramp.

    Astroglide, then you could use .45 in your 9mm.

    And the reason I ask is because I had 1 missfeed, and have no dremel to buffer with felt tip, wondering if some sort of lube would work just as well.
