I'll be visiting VA shortly. I'm curious what the laws are in your state regarding carrying in state parks. Can I CC if I have a permit or do I have to OC? Can I OC if I don't have a permit? Here in NC we can't carry in state parks period. You lucky gold state people. :p

What about national parks? I realize this question is not VA-specific, but I've heard tell that a law was passed recently making carry in national parks legal. Is it CC or OC that's legal? And is a CC permit required?
