Comming soon will be the transcript of the recent hearing on the State's motion to dismiss my request for a Declaratory Judgment in New Britain Superior Court.

The transcript of what occured in court will be posted on this forum as soon as it is paid for, received and scanned to Microsoft Word or a PDF file for all to read.

Danaher has been a lawyer so long it shows. I'm glad the offensive articles were stripped from the bill, it was an end-run around them telling lies and had no business being made into law.
