Coming to fayetteville in oct. any help on open carry would be greatlyappreciated?

My wife is going to a class reunion.

Anyone ever OC thier ? If so, any problems ?

Any places off limit?

Can you carry to a class reunion as long as it is not ata school?

I have open carried in Fayetteville about every weekend for about six months now. I go visit my brother there who is stationed at Fort Bragg regularly. I have not had any problems even with police seeing me all the time.

There are a couple of lines that will most likely apply to your situation:

• Assemblies and establishments where admission was charged. §14-269.3

I never went to any of my reunions, but I do believe that you have to pay an admission fee.

• Assemblies and establishments where alcohol is both sold and consumed. §14-269.3

What fun would a reunion be without alcohol?

• Where notice of carrying a concealed handgun is prohibited by the posting of a conspicuous notice or statement.
§14-415.11(c)

They may very well have a posting. But, I don't think you'll even get past the first two points.
