If ANYONE who is interested in 1A and 2A issues doesn't know who Cass Sunstein is, they are NOT doing their homework, and need to do a LOT of research...

Cass Sunstein is the head of the federal "Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs". He is known to be virulently anti 1A, 2A, 4A and 10A...

He has called for the banning of ALL firearms, and even for a ban on hunting. He has called for censorship of the Internet. He wrote a paper for Harvard Law School in 2007 calling for government-sponsored COINTELPRO-style infiltration of ANY group (left, right, moderate) that questions or criticizes the government on ANY topic--the War, Constitutional issues, economy, whatever. He wants to make it a Federal Crime to promote (or even discuss) "conspiracy theories", and advocates COINTELRO-style infiltration, sabotage and agent-provocateur actions against groups that openly discuss and promote "conspiracy theories". He wants to institute an entire litany of "thought crimes" punishable on the Federal level.

Cass Sunstein believes that the Constitution is an outdated concept that should be abolished. He is, perhaps, one of the greatest threats to Liberty, Free Speech, and the 2A currently in office in the Federal government.

Cass Sunstein IS "Big Brother", on a level that would make even George Orwell shudder...

He is a sociopathic, well-connected moonbat. He should fit in well with the "Inside the Beltway" gang...
