Since the image is called "mexico_us_cartels", I'm going to assume it's a map of existing mexican drug gangs.

That's even more curious, because I'm pretty much right under one of the dots, and I'm not aware of any particular cartel/gang activity locally. Sounds hoaky to me, 'cause I'm sure the press would be milking it for headlines if there were anything in it.

The "War on Drugs" and the "War on Rights" (gun rights, property rights, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th... ) are one and the same.
