I was thinking about it, and was trying to find out if Legislative Plaza is considered a park. I'd really rather not be arrested... (lol) Anyone have any information?

The Tea Party even will be on the Charlotte Ave side of Legislative Plaza. There is a very wide sidewalk where OC can not be prohibited, even if the plaza itself is considered a park (which I am doubting).

If I can get myself out of bed early enough, I'll be there (I work 3rd shift). I'll probably take the bus downtown from my East Nashville home, as parking is more torturous than anything that the liberals believe the Bush administration participated in.
