I Have a beretta 92fs with an inside the pant holster. The entire handle and up to a little in front of the rear sight is viewable if I tuck my shirt behind it. Would this be considered O.K. or not? Any feedback would be appreciated.

It would help if you filled out your profile with City, State.

All we can do is offer you opinions based on our experience, it doesn't mean you can't/won't be arrested.
However, just because you're arrested doesn't mean you broke the law.:?

    Welcome abroad.

If you think like a Statist, act like one, or back some, you've given up on freedom and have gone over to the dark side.
The easiest ex. but probably the most difficult to grasp for gun owners is that fool permission slip so many of you have, especially if you show it off with pride. You should recognize it as an embarrassment, an infringement, a travesty and an affront to a free person.

I suggest posting this in the Michigan forum to get the most mileage.
