I know the question about this came up recently. Today, I went there for the Nationals/Orioles game and had the opportunity to OC. I OC'd in the stands, concession areas, balconies, etc. Even walked within inches of a Norfolk PD Sgt while enroute to the restroom and not a word was said. I'm sure he saw me as there was no one standing by him and he was on my strong side as I passed.

Did have some nice conversations with a Navy family in the stands who just moved here from San Diego. When I explained the carry laws here, the sailor said "God Bless America!"

:)

eta - also OC'd at Belissimo's pizzaria in Williamsburg without a problem.

Guess I need to read up on VA State laws again......

Wasn't there a law forbidding carry of any kind at sporting events where alcohol is sold and consumed?

The Park is owned by the City of Norfolk, so pre-emption applies. I've never heard of a sporting event law before.

....

God Bless the Commonwealth, that's all I've got to say about that.
