I've got a couple handguns, and I never have a partner to OC with, but if I had a willing citizen, is it legal to let them carry a gun that's not theirs? I have the statutes, but I can't find anything on this topic. I'm not out for opinions, just answers.

If I'm not mistaken - just remember if that firearm can be traced back to you, then you may be accountable for any mishaps, intentional or unintentional.
