i heard that the gun board only meets once a month so hopefully i will hear something in a couple of weeks

Yes, you can be approved online and the Gun Board hasn't met yet. Approved just means your fingerprints and background check has cleared. The board still needs to call your name into the minutes. Seems pointless, I know.

It now says "Pending" on the website instead of "Not Found". Now my issue is that I may end up moving from the mail to address I put on my application before it is approved and mailed out to me. Is there a way to change where they mail it to and if there is will that prolong the process even more?

At the post office. You can either have it forwarded to you or youcan have them hold your mail.
