Why the adjacent to National park or Wildlife area clause? I wonder if they are aware the National Parks carry got shot down? It's not a bad thing, but it does nothing for me in the state park I frequent most. Unless they are taking an incrimental apporach to chipping our rights free again. I'll try to get some emails out soon.
