NPR interview on Pittsburg shooting

I know, I know, what are you doing listening to NPR. Occasionally Iflip to it when I'm bored on the road driving.

Seems the 911 operator was told the guy was armed and did not forward the info. Theinterviewer asks one of the cops brother-in-laws, Pastor Byron Gurnee, about gun control. I don't think she got the answer she expected. Made me smile. The guy did pretty well under pressure in the interview. Although he kind of fumbled the Capital Punishment part.

I cannot find transcripts but here is a link to the audio if anyone is interested. Scroll down to "Police Deaths" on the left. The Gun comments start at about 2:00 through 3:45. The whole thing is only 5:30 long or so.
