Okay so on the open carry site when you click on the maps & you select Utah it has a summary of the states 'policies' about open carrying. On there it says: "Open car carry: Firearms may be openly carried in cars only with permit/license".
So my question is: on other parts of this forum its been stated that you can open carry in your vehicle as long as it's your vehicle or permission from owner &it's not 'loaded' and in plain sight i.e. dashboard, seat etc. But according to this that is not true only with permit/license. So which is correct?
