open carry while traveling

I tried to find an "open carry in Waynesboro" slot but never did so I thought I'd just post this on it's own. The wife, I, and our grandson went to visit the family in WV and as usual, we stopped in Waynesboro for food and to let the wife browse in Cato's.

I was open carrying my Kimber45. We were in the KFC, then Starbucks, and in a gas station. Nobody said anything.

On the return trip we went to the Wendy's instead of KFC. Wanted a different flavor of poison don't ya know. Then back to Starbucks. More open carry. Again, not a peep from anyone.

So, all in all it worked like it was supposed to. Just checking in.
