Is every driver to be thrown to the ground and held until they are determined to be legal?
These abuses cannot, must not go unanswered.

No, they are NOT "peace officers." They are "law enforcement officers."
Find out where Flynn sleeps at night. Gather up a group of OC'ers and be on his sidewalk (armed and holding signs) when he leaves for work in the morning.

Yup i new i smelled a skunk in the wood shed, Ooopss that would be a Springfield Mass. ex storm trooper, now chief of the Milwaukee local police troopers ( i mean police officers)
When will these Massey boyslearn that there not out east anymore and that things are done differently in different locations.
It helps to learn to play nice in the sand box:idea: . He's going to end up in federal court sooner or later if he starts throwing people to the ground,for something he doesn't like. (On trumped up charges)
I hope Milwaukee has very large coffers full of cash. Law suit awards don't like IOU's
