Folks, if you plan to travel state-to-state, bookmark this link to PackNGo - a trip planner.

I don't have a whole lot of praise for USCCA, but this tool is wonderful. You input the state(s) you have permit(s) from, and the states you'll be traveling through, and it spits out a list of which honor which permits.

As others have said, Handgunlaw.us has info on CCW throughout the US. They also have a 'create CCW map' option (on the left side of the home page) where you can select which State(s) you have paperwork from and it will show you where that permit is honored.

The above two sources above contradict each other. Look atSouth Carolina just as an example. VCDL says South Carolinadoesn't recognize a Virginia permit. The Virginia State Police say they do. So who's right? :banghead:

That first link is way out of date. Try this one.

When in doubt, check with the destination state. South Carolina says yes.
