Hi Im new member here after coming to this site for about 3 months. I recently got my out of state Oregon CHL from Wasco County. (the Dalles) I live in Klickitat county near the border so it was practical to get my OR. license as well as my Washington CPL. (which I got from Klickitat county sheriffs office the same day) For the OR. CHL I had to take a class and then apply. They didnt have any "business purpose" requirement, they were polite and professional. It took roughly 6 weeks to process.
