I OC At the local Federal Building here in Downtown SLC and was harrassed by Federal Police Officers I have the Audio recording if anyone is interested. The Federal police officer refused to give me his name and refused to allow me on the plazza that is located outside the federal building and not in a secure area.

By "Federal Building", I infer it houses federal courts (most do).

Just so you know, unlike most federal property which is only covered by 18 USC 931 ("federal facilities" are defined as buildings only) or by Rules promulgated by the agency in the CFRs, judges have total authority over their court room, the building, and all "appurtenant grounds".

You are absolutely right. I had planned to OC at tax day events, but I'm ashamed to admit that ennui kept me home. Not this time.

What is being planned for Tennessee and Georgia? Tea Party web page is not helpful.
