Is it considered a pending investigation if a traffic ticket was issued and the court date has not come yet?

Not entirely an OC issue right now but it is tied to a class 3 transaction.

I'm not sure.

Also, I'm not sure of the connection between a FOIA and a Class III transaction.

There are two places you could contact for a possible answer as to whether a pending traffic ticket is considered a pending investigation that would be exempted from release under the VA FOIA.

I've gotten opinions from council before Citizen. I was just hoping someone had filed a request before while a ticket was outstanding. I'll let you know the connection to the class III transaction after I look at the FOIA information.
