HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009

Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:
    ].It is registered
    .You are fingerprinted
.You supply a current Driver's License
.You supply your Social Security #
.You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing
.Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25
    - Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail..

]This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal i s accomplished before anyone realizes it.
(Did Obama promise transparency? It seems his motives are more and more transparent while his methods are hidden in back rooms.)

This and a couple dozen other threads on HR45. Any chance a mod can either consolidate them or close all subsequent threads?

And, what is with the annoying line feeds and white space?

It is not "in secret." It was introduced the first week of this Congress, in January. NRA, GOA, and others are watching it and other legislation.

    1. Seriously, what's up with the white space?
    2. There are lots of threads about this can someone consolidate them?
    3. A congressman named Bobby Rush is solely responsible (no cosponsors) for this horrendous affront to the rights of Americans. Please don't deflect blame from him.
    4. It won't do much good to contact your reps about this bill. It has no support and is guaranteed to die in committee, so your reps won't ever vote on it. It would be a better use of you time to ask your reps to cosponsor some of these bills: H.R. 1074, 2153, 2193, 442, 642, 197, 17, 1684. You can look them up on
