simple question. can I OC on my motorcycle?

Rifle or handgun?

You can OC both :p

But yes you can OC on your bike, just make sure your jacket doesn't cover it, IF you don't have a CCW.

Is one legally able to possess a firearm?

Does the locale/state allow possession of a firearm in/on a vehicle, is a permit required?

Is a permit required to carry a LOADED firearm?

Is one physically capable of handling a firearm (No arms/hands etc)?

Generally, all the previous input.... I was making a funny by answering the actually question you asked, not the one you intended to ask (I assume).

Since this is an Arizona forum, I assume the OP is referring to Arizona. As long as he is not a "prohibited possessor" according to federal or state law (i.e. convicted felon) then he can OC anywhere in Arizona on the roadways except on tribal land or tribal highways.
