What States allow CC at 18? What states allow OC at 18?

OC and CC both 18. CC is only 18 if you get a Sheriff that isn't breaking the law. Otherwise be ready to spend a couple of grand in court and get some drugs planted on you by his deputies.

:what: Not to bash LE but that scenario doesn't even sound that far fetched. They're all revenue collectors.

To quote Abe Lincoln: "Any man can withstand scrutiny, If you want to test a mans character, Give him power." Couldn't be more true IMO

as the mod already said. But thank you.

The map is OC only, I'm looking for CC as well :uhoh:. Thanks for tryin' to help though

Actually you are probably going to have to go to each states statutes to find exactly what you are looking for. Some states require you to be 21 to get a permit but ifthey have reciprocity with a state that issues a CC permit at 18 then they may honor it.

For example NC requires you to be 21 to get a CC permit. However NC has reciprocity with NH and will honor that permit even if you are not 21. NH does not have an age requirement so a person at 18 could CC in NC. Since NC does require a person to be 18 in order to carry a gun then if you have a NH permit and are under 18 then you would fall under a different law.

IANAL but several people on differnt forums have tried to verify the NC "loophole" and all authrorities have said that it is true butwe haven't heard from a judge on it.
