I know that it is legal to open carry on a bicycle. I also know that mopeds that have pedals on them are legally not mopeds, but "motor-bicycles". I have a moped with pedals, and if I put a license plate on it I have all the rights/rules of an automobile. If I don't put a plate on it, I have all the rights/rules of a bicycle. The only thing is that I have to assist the engine with the pedals. If I never pedal, they could say I'm riding a moped with no plate, If I pedal, I am just riding a bike that happens to have a small engine assisting me.
I am probably just talking out of my cornhole with this and I am POSITIVE if the cops saw me riding my moped with a 357 python well... you can imagine..

(moped laws are as messy as gun laws)
