For those who live in Milwaukee probably know or have been to Badgers and shooter's shop. I don't remember seeing a "no firearm inside shop unless in a case" at badgers, but i saw it at shooter's shop.

Even with the sign, would it still be lawful to OC while shopping in shooter's shop?

I would think that OC'ing in one of the gun shops would be no different than in Gander or Sportsmen's. As long as you aren't handling your OC firearm, there shouldn't be an issue. You might want to run it by a manager during your first stop though, but as long as your are hands off (unless the called for situation arises) there shouldn't be a prob.
