Dumb question about "school zones"...

And what about if a school closes and is no longer a school? I know on the MPS school zone map, they have schools that are CLOSED marked as school zones?

Does the building have to be torn down or re-occupied as something else to not be a school anymore?

Every which way you slice it, this school zone thing is so unconstitutional and uneforceable its rediculous.
