Dear Honorable Representative,
I am writing to you as you are on the House Judiciary Committee that is considering critical legislation that is in direct violation of our Bill of Rights.
DO NOT PASS H.R. 2401 No Fly, No Buy Act of 2009
It is a violation of We the People’s Constitutional 2nd, 4th and 5th amendments
2nd Amendment.. The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed
4th Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
5th Amendment ..No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation
I need to remind you of the oath you swore when you accepted the position of
Congress , in place since 1884 “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
We The People as the Informed Electorate hold you accountable to vote as we direct you to do and to uphold our sacred Constitution as required by all American citizens.
If you do not vote in the prescribed way, We the People have a duty to vote you out of the office you hold currently. It is our solemn promise to do so as you are The People’s elected representative and must hold allegiance to the Constitution and The People and no others period.
You must vote to audit and eliminate the Federal Reserve Bank HR 1207 and HR 833 as the Constitution clearly states it is your function, not a function of a private bank that charges the taxpayers interest in the form of a federal income tax on the fiat paper currency it prints out of thin air. Section 8 - Powers of Congress # 5 To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures, no state shall make anything but gold and silver tender.
