Last night there was some comotion in the back alley at my home. I was woken up by banging and yelling. There is a local festival going on and a lot of people are going about at night. After hearing all the comotion I put my sidearm on and went out back to see what was going on. Thinking that if there were some drunk punks messing around in the alley they would dispurse once they saw my firearm on my side. The police were already in the alley and they saw me walking in the yard. They came up to me and asked me if I saw anything. The one officer saw my holster and simply asked what that was on my belt. I responded with it is my sidearm. He simply stated rather nicely "please dont reach for it" and that was about it. I told him what I saw regarding the comotion and he went on his way.
Oh one more thing, my wife came out to see what was going on. She said something to the fact that I was wearing my sidearm. The police officer said, its legal.
