An unusual vehicle in your driveway and you go in guns ready? I think I'd wait for the guys with the vests to show up. Glad it worked out for the homeowner. :celebrate

My home, my land, strange vehicle, my gun is unsnapped and hand on the backstrap, maybe not drawn, but ready to be.

Update on the story.

Police identified a man fatally shot Tuesday inside an Oklahoma City home as Ronald Penn, 29.

Penn, shown above, and another person had broken into the house of Scott Henson, 41, in the 2200 block of SW 57 when Henson came home about 11:30 a.m., police said.
Henson, whose wife said has a concealed-weapon permit, pulled out a handgun and shot Penn to death, police said.
Henson was not available for comment Wednesday. Information as to whether Penn was armed was not available from police Wednesday.
A second intruder ran away from the house, police said.

I was a bit disappointed to see they were still charging the pharmacist with first degree murder... I mean two big teens burst into your store armed and attempt to robyou, and you shoot back... then, in a panicked state, make sure the one that is down stays down so you don't have to watch your back while you keep a look out for the other does not seem unreasonable... five shots after he was down seems right... make sure he's not breathing. It's just too bad both gun toting teens weren't killed.
