Perhaps it is time to try a different approach. Let's go after those that DON'T enforce the current laws on the books.
Excellent idea, I suspect it won't happen any time soon since we are now the minority of Americans in this new age.
Problem is we are not effectively launching the masses in support, this is the age of groups feeding on the Constitution like tiny spores . Today large numbers fall prey to the groups that belittle, weaken and tear down our nation. We also have a large group that "want to avoid being labeled" not fighting with, or, against any group content with sitting the side lines, they will be the first on their knees weeping when it's all gone. We, those who wish America remain free with all the greatness are little and in the middle. This idea of must be PC is BS and suppresses the 1st. God Bless Miss California in standing by her convictions, not ashamed, nor frightened by the groups to express her own. The groups hell bent on destroying wish to leave nothing other than the freedom to take everything for themselves as the only right in the constitution to be upheld. This prospect is real, they have a PC ARMY leading the charge and the conquered silent as shields. Have the masses heard PC so much that its now the norm? Are Americans afraid to speak fearing the longer arm of a group in labeling, or converting us to the equal horrors of PC and silence? Perhaps we learned it wrong in school and really the "week survive". We need to watch other groups and how their campaign's gets noticed "Best Practices". Every day I see groups taking center stage in all forms of the media gaining support and creating change that weakens America. The fight of the 2nd in every form is to strengthen America and preserve what we already have, and receives minuet media attention. IMO this is the reason preserving the 2nd could lose, unless we adopt the "Best Practices" of other groups, and the "Different Approach" as amlevin mentioned.
The same ole no longer works, what people react to and what stokes their passion changes with every generation, and the younger generations is where we America is slipping away. They are learning less about free America, and hearing more everyday from the groups rights to take it away, sugar coated and all, maybe the ingredient are in the coffee and the donuts we consume.
