I had saw a phone number on here for the Nashville office where you could call and inquire on the status of your hcp and can't seem to find it now if anyone has it please feel free to shout it out

well i went over all the paperwork that had to do with getting the permit and theres no number but thanks just the same ill keep looking mabe ill come up with it if I do then ill repost it on here for the future

The local number is (615) 251-8590. They are extremely nice when you call to check status, personable and efficient. Also, I recently found out that the head of the unit is a member of the Tennessee firearms association. She is on our side.

I endorse Pol's comment. When my permit was pending the lady could not have been more pleasant -- a real rarity in government offices.

I also concur with Pol. When I called about mine, the lady I talked to was so sweet and friendly I almost wanted to keep her on the phone just to chat.
