    I know, I know I already posted this in another thread, but I was wonder if there are any thoughts on this. Is this what we have been looking for?

    I thought that was for a 4th Amendment violation.

    In fact the complaint was for a violation of the 14th Amendment and a violation of the privacy act.

    Therefore, Deprivation of Rights is definitely something we should be looking at.
