Hi All, I am going to Black hawktonight to spend some bailout money that the casinos sent my wife and i. The last time we were there we went with friends. I was wondering if you can conceal carry (with a permit ) in the casinos, i looked last time and did not see any sighs nor are there any security stations at any entrances, or guards, so i presume it is legal to carry. Like i said i am going at 3:30 pm today so could someone tell me if i am right. I believe i am. Thanks

You should be good to go. Colorado law allows you to conceal carry so long as there are not permanent metal detectors and guards at the entrance. Naturally, private property rules still apply.

Thanks for the info, thought I was right. Dudley Brown from RMGO said he would find out but he is a very busy man and his contact on Capital Hill in Denver may have not been available to ask to find this info out.
