New to this site and I know this has been asked before from reading through the posts, but was wondering when the laws were changed about revolvers.

At one point the laws read something to the effect of: a revolver shall be considered loaded with a round in the chamber between the firing pin and the barrel. I have not been able to find this anywhere so was wondering what exactly the Oregon statutes say about this.
