• We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.
  • The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Post your day-to-day open-carry experiences throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, for better or for worse.

Of particular interest are: when, where, who, and what happened; if anything. You can read examples here: http://opencarry.mywowbb.com/forum54/3995.html
There are about 1500 replies to that thread, another ~780 in the Richmond thread, the majority reporting OC experiences.

This thread is intended only for reporting. Please create and link to new threads for discussions and debates about incidents that are reported here.

I'd start this off with an experience, but I have not openly carried in Southwestern Pennsylvania yet... I have only carried concealed.

There are already plenty of individual reports from SWPA. Take a look around.

Maybe new ones can go here instead.

No that's okay. We like our independent threads with their own discussions here.

Feel free to head back to the Virginia forum though, thanks!
