Apologies for taking so long to post this.
Went on a wonderful motorcycle ride this past Saturday, which happened to have me stop at Ivar's down on the Mukilteo waterfront. I was seated and they had brought my bread out when an employee, not the wait staff, came up and asked me to leave. I said that would be fine, as I'll respect the property owners decision but asked for the reason which I was being asked to leave. He stated that WA law requires businesses that serve alcohol to prohibit all firearms. I informed him that this is not true, just inside areas that are off limits to persons under 21 years of age, he was very cordial about it and discussed recently getting his own CPL carry experience. I asked for the manager's card and said I would be on my way. When he arrived back with the manager's card he informed me that I was welcome to stay and would appreciate me further educating the manager/owner on the proper law. I finished my meal and was not bothered again, didn't even get a glance or stare from the other patrons.

I fully intend to take him up on the offer but wanted to make you all aware of the encounter.

Good experience. I have noticed that confidently stating the legalities of what we are doing changes a lot of peoples preconceived notions.
