Smartflix rents DVD's pretty cheaply, a nice way to check them out without shelling out major bucks:

Don't need to find a video for the specific model. There are only a few variations on procedure:

1: bushing or bull barrel?

2: full-length guide rod, two-piece, or GI-length?

3: ambi-safety, or not?

4: firing pin safety, or not?
