I've read & lurked here some. I just registered. I've been OCing for a while & so far so good. No bad encounters. I don't know how often I'll OC after my CC permit comes, but I'll decide on a day by day basis including where I go & to whom I'm likely to be exposed. I'm the same name on Nevada Shooters as well as a few other boards.

Sounds like a reasonable approach to me. Now if we could just exercise either choice with VT style CC.
