So as I was there this evening, I spotted a couple people who were carrying.
Other than that, it was the usual gathering of idiots and gang members/wannabe's.
Almost walked into some inconsiderate woman who was walking down the sidewalk with her posse and didn't even move to the side a little bit to let my girlfriend and I pass. I ended up getting about an inch away from her when I had to turn my left shoulder back to avoid contact...
